Delivery Options
Standard Delivery:
- Ensures delivery within 2 hours of placing your order if ordered before 4:00 PM.
- Charges:
- Free for purchases above MVR 100.
- For purchases below MVR 100:
- MVR 25 within Malé.
- MVR 30 within Hulhumalé.
Express Delivery:
- Ensures delivery within 30 minutes of placing your order.
- Charges:
- Flat fee of MVR 85 applies for all orders.

Refund and Cancellation

Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 24 hours of receipt.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods, including fresh produce, frozen items, or any food products.
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.
- Damaged or defective items not reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and take corrective action.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the replacement, once the return is approved.
Refunds
Process:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for partial refunds.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
